We're experienced property investors disappointed with the low level of service provided by other property managers; particularly those isolated from property investment.

We decided to take action and deal with the issues related with managing tenants so we could maximise our investment. Using our fifteen years of property investment and management experience, and drawing on the areas of service we thought were missing from the property management we paid for, we developed robust systems and procedures to make our property management effective, streamlined and very professional.

In 2003 we started managing our own properties and refined the systems we developed.

We’re here because we provide a higher level of service for our investments than other property managers.
